What the audit analyzes (and how)

The audit examines your Airbnb listing across 6 criteria, each scored individually. The overall score is out of 100.

1. Title (/15 points)

Your title is the first thing a traveler sees in search results. The AI evaluates its length (Airbnb recommends 50 characters maximum), clarity, SEO keywords and click-through appeal. It also suggests 3 alternatives: an SEO version, an emotional version and a short version.

2. Photos (/30 points)

This is the highest-weighted criterion, and for good reason: on Airbnb, travelers decide within seconds while scrolling through photos. Our AI analyzes each photo individually using computer vision. For each one, it evaluates:

• Brightness: is the photo bright enough?
• Sharpness: is it blurry or well-defined?
• Composition: does the framing showcase the space?

• Airbnb quality: does it meet platform standards?

The AI also identifies missing rooms (no bathroom photo? no garden?) and suggests which photo to use as the cover.

3. Amenities (/20 points)

The AI checks whether you've listed essential amenities (Wi-Fi, heating, equipped kitchen), recommended amenities (washing machine, hair dryer, iron) and premium amenities that make the difference (pool, hot tub, barbecue). It highlights what's missing compared to what travelers search for.

4. Description (/10 points)

Is your description clear and well-structured? Does it highlight benefits for the traveler (not just a list of features)? The AI evaluates tone, readability, absence of repetition and the text's ability to trigger a booking. It offers an improved version of your description.

5. House rules (/10 points)

Vague or poorly worded rules create friction. The AI checks clarity, readability and consistency. Are your rules understandable for an international traveler? Are there ambiguities that could cause problems?

6. Overall coherence (/10 points)

This criterion evaluates alignment between all elements of your listing: does the title match the photos? Does the description reflect the amenities actually available? Are the rules consistent with the property type? An inconsistent listing loses credibility, even if each individual element is fine.
