In L'Écume, the poster sits in the kitchen next to the welcome basket — the first thing guests see when they arrive. In Les Pèlerins, at the entrance to orient guests straight away. The result: guests find the answer without calling.

La balnéo est le point fort de L'Écume, mais aussi sa contrainte : chaque nouvel arrivant appelait Cédric pour comprendre son fonctionnement. Depuis que l'affiche PVC avec QR code est posée dans la cuisine, les voyageurs scannent, accèdent directement au bloc balnéo dans le livret, et se débrouillent seuls. Les appels ont disparu.
